Meet Jennifer Goodman

My attributes include the ability to see the potential and marketability in any property I bring to market, whether it is a million-dollar home or an older manufactured home. As third-generation contractors, my husband and I are able to use our experience, abilities, and trusted vendors to bring life back to homes with deferred maintenance. My expertise also help clients navigate estate sales, the loss of family members, and preparing properties for the market, utilizing my extensive roster of vendors to resolve even the most complex repair addendums. When representing buyers, my goal is to have fun "shopping together" while bringing strategic negotiation skills to the table, always making the process as smooth as possible.

 

My family moved to Sunriver in 1995, then to Bend in 1996. I attended Bend High School, and my husband and I raised our seven daughters from preschool through high school in Bend. I have lived in every ZIP code in Bend—let's just say I know where I live! From the best restaurants to the best fishing holes, I love sharing everything Central Oregon has to offer. We are outdoor people, but I also enjoy our boutique shopping, restaurants, and lifestyle choices. We decided to move out of the city and back to where I first started in Central Oregon, and now reside on the outskirts of Sunriver—the mecca of outdoor living right in our backyard!
